I have been recently challenged to write about what’s happening in my baking world. Family, friends and clients drop emails, make calls and ask me “So what’s next?“. Even though I am not a full time baker my plate is full but, I have decided to take on the challenge and just see what happens. Just as we do when we find new recipes that we test, taste and then modify and with time we just learn to love I’m hoping I will learn to love the fact that even though I find myself battling in my “Spanglish” world I can commit to write in one language the best that I can to share tips, secrets and the 411 with the rest of the world while taking care of my 3 kids, husband and the many things we women have to do in our daily lives. So, bare with me if I make mistakes (trust me it will happen)! **grin**.
