When placing an order be prepared to have a unique fun experience. We will sit together and find inspirations, sketch and design a very special cake. Inspirations come from a simple party invitation or the crazy tie your best friend wears everyday the possibilities are endless. The idea of this process is to produce that all important WOW factor for both you and your guests. Our cakes are priced per project. Things we take in consideration are the complexity of the design, time invested in the project and the number of servings.
Bella Confectionary Arts will create for our first appointment 3 samples of your choice. We suggest you come with no more than three people or you may choose to take home your samples and critique candidly in private! Cake tasting are $25.00 but if you book your cake with Bella Confectionary Arts, the sampler is FREE!
Appointments are made on a first come, first served basis. Please allow one week advance notice for appointments, and two weeks advance notice for sample cakes. (please eliminate this sentence) There is no fee for an appointment, however, due to no-shows, a $30.00 deposit is required to book and appointment. You may pay by check or money order. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, the check is returned to you.
Since each cake is unique pricing is based on the design you select. As a home-based business our pricing accommodates most budgets because we do not have an over head expense that most bakeries have in their operational costs.
A deposit of 50% of your total is required to book your date and is non-refundable. The balance of the cake is due two weeks prior to the wedding (no exceptions).
There is no delivery fee for in-town deliveries however, there is a charge of $1.00 per mile (one way) out of the 15 mile radius of Pennsburg.
There is a $50.00 deposit for the cake board and an additional deposit is requested depending on the equipment used for you cake design. All deposits are returned to you if the cake equipment is returned within one week.
